This is a corner house next to a beautiful green area, very spacious, clean and comfortable and it is located in Villa Pelicanos 1, a very quiet, safe and friendly neighborhood and a 15 minutes drive to Zihuatanejo Intl. Airport.
From the house it’s an easy five minute walk to shopping, restaurants, discos, bars and movie house and a 10 minute walk to the beach called El Palmar where Ixtapa’s many high-rise hotels are located. |

The dining set in our dining room is for six people ready for your enjoyment and entertaining.
The kitchen is fully equipped with gas stove, fridge, microwave, coffee maker, and blenderizer , just in case you feel the need to do some cooking.

The master bedroom has a full bath with cold / hot water, and adjoin to a balcony where you can unwind in the evening and listen to the sounds of crickets, birds singing and gaze at the sky full of stars. The other 2 bedrooms have a shared full bath.
The house has air conditioning, in addition, has ceiling fans on every bedroom, living room and dining room for additional comfort. We are renting only the upper unit with a private entrance.

There is an 8-kilometer long exercise path from the house which you can enjoy the beautiful scenery of the ecological reserve through which it traverses as it takes you to Playa Linda where you’ll see exotic birds, mangrove estuaries, caiman crocodiles and panoramic vistas. This is perfect for walking, biking, jogging or skating. (There are bikes for rent). While in Ixtapa, you should not miss seeing this natural wonderland. Golf courses and Marina Ixtapa are only 1.5 km from the house. Bank and bus terminals are four blocks away. Taxis and public transportation are very accessible whether you want to go fishing, snorkeling, sightseeing and dining. |
